On-Set Expectations
To uphold the high standard our clients expect, all Ash + Olive models must:

Arrive 15 minutes early to every booking

Arrive camera-ready — hair, makeup, and wardrobe styled exactly as specified unless told otherwise

Maintain professional language and behaviour (no swearing or unprofessional conduct on set)

Notify the agency immediately of any delays, issues, or emergencies
Commission, Fees & Portfolio Requirements
Commission & Representation
Ash + Olive operates with a simple and transparent structure. All paid bookings secured through the agency include a 20% commission, which covers full representation—client communication, rate negotiation, scheduling, promotion to brands, and access to casting opportunities.
There are no monthly fees and no hidden costs. Your success is ours.
Portfolio Requirements
You may submit your own professional images, provided you hold full usage rights and the photos meet our agency standards. All submissions will be reviewed to ensure they reflect the quality and style our clients expect.
If portfolio updates are needed, a professional portfolio package can be purchased to create a cohesive, market-ready set of images that supports your growth and booking potential.
