Ash + Olive was founded in 2025 by Alisha Oostenbrink, after more than two decades immersed in the world of fashion, photography, and creative storytelling. Alisha began modeling in 2004, stepped behind the camera as a photographer for the last 13 years, and expanded into content creation in 2020.

The name Ash + Olive is inspired by her daughter—a reminder to fearlessly follow your dreams and to build something that reflects passion, purpose, and creativity. Today, Ash + Olive represents that vision: a modeling division specializing in both fashion and lifestyle talent, rooted in professionalism, authenticity, and artful expression.
